5月16日,2019中国国际有机产品博览会在上海世博展览馆如期开幕。作为亚洲有机行业发展的风向标,有机博览会已经成功举办了12届,极大地推动了有机领域的技术交流和贸易往来,也让有机的概念和理念走入更多中国家庭。
此次有机展上,我们也见到了一个熟悉的身影——丹麦优秀的乳品企业Mille携旗下MØKO有机婴儿配方奶粉“清新”亮相,吸引了不少参观者驻足、询问。据悉,Mille此行是随丹麦国家参展团一同出席展会,作为丹麦农业和食品委员会成员、丹麦乳业协会成员,并获丹麦国家成长基金投资,Mille早已成为丹麦的“新锐乳品企业”,受到社会的广泛关注和重点资源倾斜。

3.1 本系统服务的具体内容由蜜儿乐儿乳业(上海有限公司)(以下简称“本公司”)根据实际情况提供并逐步完善。
3.2 本系统仅提供相关的网络服务,除此之外与相关网络服务有关的设备(如个人电脑、手机、及其他与接入互联网或移动网有关的装置)及所需的费用(如为接入互联网而支付的电话费及上网费)均应由用户自行负担。
3.3 本系统需要定期或不定期地对提供网络服务的平台或相关的设备进行检修或者维护,如因此类情况而造成网络服务在合理时间内的中断,本公司无需为此承担任何责任。
3.4 如发生下列任何一种情形,本系统有权随时中断或终止向用户提供本协议项下的服务而无需对用户或任何第三方承担任何责任:
3.4.1 用户提供的个人资料不真实;
3.4.2 用户违反本协议中规定的使用规则;
3.4.3 用户名存在违反法律法规或国家政策要求,或侵犯任何第三方合法权益的情形;
4. 义务
用户在使用本系统获取服务时,应当遵守以下义务:
4.1 遵守中国有关的法律和法规;

Usage Agreement On Food Additives & Ingredients Consult Website Registration Online Service System of China Food Additives & Ingredients Association
1. General Principles
1.1 Registered users should agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and complete the registration process in order to become the formal users of this system. Please read this agreement carefully and clicking the “agree” button indicates that you have fully accepted all the terms and conditions under this agreement.
1.2 Once registered, the user shall be deemed to have confirmed that he has the capacity of rights and act to enjoy the service of the website and can independently bear legal responsibilities.
1.3 Users should know the relevant laws and regulations, and confirm their rights and obligations when registering and using the system. The information submitted at the time of registration shall be legally authentic,accurate and shall be authorized accordingly.
2. Users
2.1 Registered users should provide the system the information which is authentic,accurate,complete,legal and valid, users should timely update registration information if any change occurred.users must bear corresponding responsibility and consequences if registration information provided by the user are illegal, inauthentic,inaccurate and inexhaustive.
2.2 It will produce the account information such as user name and password after the success of the user registration.in the user can change user password according to the rules of this system. 2.3 Users should be liable for all the activities and events when log in by the user name. The user shall not transfer, sell or lend the account is registered in the system , otherwise the user shall bear the resulting responsibility and joint liability with the actual user.
2.4 Users agree that the system possesses the right that send and inform registered users and relevant applicants related to the applicant and inform audit information and results by E-mail and telephone message.as the rights of such notice to the date of dispatch has been delivered to the recipient
3. Service
3.1 The specific content of this system service is provided and gradually improved by China Food Additives & Ingredients Association (hereinafter referred to as the association) according to the actual situation.
3.2 This system only provide network services,the equipment related to the network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other related equipment access to the Internet or mobile device) and the required fees (such as telephone bill and internet fee) shall be borne by users.
3.3 This system need to repair or maintain platform or related equipment regularly or aperiodically. The association will not bear any responsibilities if disruption of network services caused in such circumstances within a reasonable period of time, but should be notice in advance as much as possible.
3.4 In any of the following circumstances, the system shall have the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to users at any time and bear no responsibilities to users or any third party.
3.4.1 The personal data provided by the user is not real;
3.4.2 Users violate the rules of use set forth in this agreement;
3.4.3 The user name is in violation of laws, regulations or national policy requirements, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
4. Obligations
Users shall comply with the following obligations when using the system to obtain services.
4.1 To abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China;
4.2 To comply with all protocol requirements and procedures relating to registration and services.
4.3 The network service system shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
4.4 It is not allowed to infringe the patent,copyright,the right of trademark, reputation or any other legitimate rights and interests of the association and third parties while using the system in any form.
4.5 Any behaviors that caused adverse affect the normal operation of the Internet is prohibited.
4.6 Any illegal information that is false,harassment,slanderous, abusive,descendant,vulgar shall not upload display, or spread by using network services provided by the system.The system possesses the rights to delete all kinds of information and content that do not conform to the legal policy or or not real without informing the user. The website has the right to make independent judgment and to suspend or to close the user account,to terminate the service,to investigate legal responsibility or other measures if users are not in accordance with the above provisions.
5. Privacy Protection
5.1 The system will keep the privacy which refer to user's real name,contact number,email and so on when users in the use of this system to register online and enjoy the service.such as the system will not disclose user privacy information to the outside world except the following situation:
5.1.1 Get explicit permission from the user in advance;
5.1.2 According to relevant laws and regulations;
5.1.3 In accordance with the requirements of relevant government departments;
5.1.4 To safeguard the interests of the public;
5.1.5 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association.
5.2 Association may cooperate with the third party to provide customers with network services. In this case, the association has the right to provide the user registration information to the third party if the third party agrees to bear equal responsibility with the association to protect the privacy of users.
6.Intellectual Privacy
6.1 Any text, picture, graphics, audio, or video data contained in the network service provided by this system shall be protected by copyright, trademark and other property ownership laws.
6.2 Except mandatory provisions in the law, without the consent of the holder of the relevant, no unit or individual may illegally copied in whole or in part in any form,network reproduce,quote,link,fetch or other ways to use the information content; Otherwise, the owner of the system has the right to pursue its legal liability.
7.Agreement Modification
7.1 According to the change of national laws and regulations and system operation, this system has the right to modify this agreement from time to time. Once change of this agreement content occurred, the agreement content will be directly released after the publish of modification in this system which the behavior is regarded as has informed the user to change content.
7.2 Users shall have the right to discontinue use of the service if they do not agree to any modification to the terms of this agreement.The user is deemed to accept the modification of this agreement if the user continues to use the service.
